What was your best surf trip?
Gold Coast, Australia. The people, waves and everything about the place was incredible. I tell everyone they have to go sometime in their life.
What was your worst surf trip?
My second trip ever to Baja. I ended up getting the worst food poisoning in my life, I wanted to die it hurt so bad.
Have you ever been scared?
Yes, who hasn't? Being to Iraq twice puts things into perspective.
What was the heaviest wave you caught?
Todos Santos on a small day and is still the heaviest wave I have caught.
