I wrote this a few weeks ago and sent it out in a broadcast and thought I would add it here since the question comes up daily.

Answer to a Question

Some people have asked me if these Sponsorships were real. They seem pretty real to me but here is my answer. I'm not great at keeping things inline but I try. Read Below

Some company's give stuff but mostly you get discounts. Some company's do full sponsorships like Freestyle Watches, Liquid Force, AXO, IPATH, PacSun, Monster, & Dunlop Tires just to name a few. These  are real company's. Some offer different levels the higher the level the better the discount and of course full sponsorship.  My Dad says that some collage athletes get a Full Scholarship, everything is covered. Some get 3/4, 1/2 or 1/4 Scholarships. I don't see anyone on TV calling a Collage Quarterback a Half Athlete. They still have to pay part of there way threw school. There still Collage Athletes and competing with money out of there pockets.and if they getter then the next year they can get a better deal or a full scholarship. If there really good and improve they go Pro! Same thing applies here. So like my Dad says its not a Discounts Sponsorship its a Partial Sponsorship. A Partial Sponsorship is better then none. PacSun gives there Team Members Gift cards to use in there stores! Either way its cool and ya got your foot in someones door. How many people do you know can say that.
