Although sidelined by back surgery in the beginning of the year, Malibu’s Dillon Perillo has made a big recovery since going under the knife. Perillo kick-started his year in the NSSA by flat-out destroying his competition with eight event wins. With a number of high-profile trips around the globe, and a newfound fire in his belly to make it in the surf world, Perillo is taking his game to a new level. If his accolades and attitude in 2007 are any indication of what Perillo is capable of, it’s fair to say that we expect big things for this kid in the future.
