What inspires you to compete?
To get better and keep pushing myself to the limits. thats what makes me better
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
No, unless you count swimming and water polo training. usually I get up in the morning around 7:00 and go get coffee and a bagel. After i drive by the beach and check how the waves are. If Carmel is lookin good then I'll head down for about 2 hours or so. After im done i walk up to my house to rinse and dry my suit. I usually will go out 2 more times after that. One time mid-day, 12, and in the evening around 4 or 5
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I love traveling, especially down south to Santa Barbara and San clemente. About a year ago I traveled down to san clemente to go surf and scored. Trestles was like 7 feet and macking. I surfed there for a little and then went to dana point where it was smaller but still super fun.
Why do you like this sport?
Surfing is like no other sport in the world. It can't be put into words. You must surf to feel the experience and there is no other way to do it. Surfing out rules all other sports
Describe your style...
I recently just got a 5ft tpatterson. I had a surftech tuflite board before that and wasn't making most of my turns and cuts. My new t pat has been awesome. Still getting used to it and have to get a tail pad for it but so far so good
