Who are your current sponsors?
At the moment, my sponsors are Shiseido makeup, Surf-n-Sea surfshop, Mana Tahitian Pearls, FCS, and Gorrilla Grip. My contract with Billbong recently ended so im looking for a new clothing sponsor.

What do you like/dislike about competing?
I love to compete and have that rush of being the best. You never know whats coming at you once you put on that jersey and paddle out. Winning is my favortie feeling. The downside of surfing, as I feel, is competing against some of your bestfriends. You create hardships between each other. But as I say im in it to be the best. On the land your friends, in the water your enemies...
What has surfing done for you so far?
It has brought me so many miracles in life and I thank my dad so much for teaching me. I mean, I have done things that a teenager has only dreamed of! Im so thankful!
What kind of media have you been featured in?
Well, lets just say "many", such as magazine articles from mags around the world (lots from Japan), modeling shoots, movies, commercials, and some traveling. My favorite though of all is that im the surfer girl surfing in the T.I music video "why you wanna"

How did you get started?
my dad started me out on a bodyboard, moved up on a longboard, then started shortboarding. My sister, Lani, always pushed me to try harder and harder.

my recent win was the Surf into Sumer 18-under girls champion.
What are you planning for next season?
Drive myself to do my ultimate best in every heat I surf in.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Showing that girls can "surf"...
